The smaller farmhouse has been very recently renovated, the ceilings have typical Tuscan wooden beams, the floors are reminiscent of shaded terracotta tiles, and the stairs are in light-colored antique travertine that make the environment brighter. The larger farmhouse needs minor maintenance and improvements, the floors are cotto type tiles, the ceilings on the ground floor are brick vaulted.

The property is currently used as a vacation home but lends itself to different uses either as a main house with annex, or as an agritourism and Bed & Breakfast as the farmhouses are immediately habitable.
