The intervention included the conservative restoration of the ancient Monastery of the Apparition, a building of great historical importance for the Island and for Venice itself. Rising around the shrine that gives it its name - and which still continues to be a destination for numerous pilgrims - ledificio has in fact stood out since its origin for its architectural quality and for the central role it played in the life of the Island, aspects that are reflected in its fascinating position: facing both the sea and the lagoon, it is the only building on the Island that covers its full width.

The apartment has been studied in its minutest details to derive the maximum "livable" surface area.
It is lit by two large dormer windows and consists of dining/living room with cooking area, one/two sleeping areas and bathroom with ante-bathroom.

The Complex is set on a large open area that has direct access both to the Venetian Lagoon, where it is possible to moor private boats, and to the Sea, with access to a wide beach almost exclusively.
Varying in size and architectural details, the 35 apartments are built with high quality materials and construction techniques fully consistent with the excellence of the property.
On the side of the lagoon, the building also has a large green area designated as a private garden, internal condominium parking and a dock with the possibility of boat port.

The task for the new restoration project was entrusted to the well-known architect Alessandro Scarpa of Venice who, after years of studies, research, meetings and in close collaboration with the architects of the Superintendence of Fine Arts and Landscape, managed to obtain the difficult authorization from all the control and protection bodies to destine it for prestigious residences.
With the restoration, the characteristic elements of the Complex were recovered and enhanced, especially the inner garden with its ancient Venetian Well.

It is the ideal place to spend moments of absolute peace and relaxation.
Connected to the center of Venice and to the Lido by Bus/Ferry boat service and easily reachable also from Chioggia, the Island of Pellestrina has managed to maintain over time, with its 4,000 inhabitants, the ancient characteristics of a Fishermen's Village.
Here everything is slow, relaxing: even the passing of time.
