The history of the places surrounding the current Villa Serventi is very jagged and difficult to interpret. The area in question was once partly owned by the Anguillara family and partly by the Carthusian Congregation of Santa Maria degli Angeli. There is more certain information starting from 1763 when Marco Antonio Noccioli, due to financial necessity, sold the Vineyard and the Casino to Francesco Antonio Lepri, son of Giovanni, a native of Bevagna. The Lepri family remained owners of the Vineyard and the Casino until March 1810, the year in which Cristiano Lepri (younger son of the aforementioned Francesco Antonio) separated from it in favor of Pietro Serventi, son of Mariano born Romano.

Description
The villa , or more properly the casino nobile, has its main façade in the direction of via del Pigneto. This façade appears very simple and linear, moved only by a double flight of stairs which leads to the entrance door; until the end of the 1940s, the main access to the villa was open on this front, flanked by a long tree-lined avenue which has now been reduced to just a few metres. The façade towards Via Casilina, today considered the main access, is more lively and articulated; from a careful reading it is still possible to note the presence of two lateral bodies jutting out from the façade; the façade is decorated with niches with recently made statues and numerous ancient artefacts such as coats of arms and inscriptions. On the right side, although it is in a terrible state of conservation, a fresco with a view of the Roman countryside is recognizable. On the left side is the chapel or oratory.
