This 91m2 stone farmhouse is located in the Madonie Natural Park, has large land of around 4 hectares with 120 olive trees and a decidedly amazing view.

The farmhouse , to be restored, blends best with the surrounding nature and expresses an indissoluble bond with the land.

The Madonie Park is a protected natural area that extends for approximately 400 square kilometers in the central-northern area of Sicily. This true oasis surrounded by greenery preserves particular species of fauna and flora and numerous tree varieties that grow only in this area. Inside the park there are villages of great charm, museums, picturesque ski resorts and many itineraries to follow on foot, on horseback or by bicycle.
