Once through the front door, accessible from the front, you immediately perceive the historical references that the property offers. Arranged on two levels above ground, in addition to the attic floor and the cellar floor, the rooms appear majestic, thanks to the high ceilings and the generous dimensions of the rooms.

The atrium, with the wonderful polychrome "marmetta" floors of the time, invites us to access the living room/dining room and a silent living room/study which welcomes pleasant conversations or moments of reading, followed by the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom on the floor.

From the internal staircase, set up in pink marble and with a railing and handrail still from the period, we access the first floor consisting of an entrance hall, identical in design to that of the floor below, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the floor; the floors are still the original ones, in painted terracotta; the atrium also leads to the terrace on the front of the building, overlooking the garden and embellished with a balustrade decorated with floral motifs.

Going up again from the stairwell you reach the so-called 'tower', where there is a large room with terracotta flooring and original fixtures, usually also used as a bedroom; from here we can also access the attic/attic, of approximately 90 m2, from which we exit onto a large terrace, with an original 'columned' balustrade, located on the top of the building and overlooking the north front on three sides of the surrounding garden.
