In Pizzo, inside the Residence “Il Roseto”, we take care of the sale of a solution located on the third floor. Upon our entrance we are welcomed by the living room where the warm-toned marble reigns supreme which not only embellishes this first room, but also the rest of the house. In the background of this frame there is the exit to the balcony which offers a panorama of the sea of Pizzo and the Gulf of Sant'Eufemia. It is a comfortable space ready to welcome guests who have come to spend an evening between a bitter and a coffee. The kitchen, in shades of white, fits perfectly with the refined style of the rest of the house.
