We propose a new residence under construction.
The project involves the construction of a residential building with three floors above ground and one underground, built in energy class A3; part of the lot, which is part of the project, will be redeveloped and used as a municipal green area with tall trees.
The intervention involves the use of latest generation materials and technologies compliant with the provisions of the energy and acoustic report:
System photovoltaic, underfloor heating via radiant panels, traditional electrical system with local controls present in the rooms or via Home+Control application already configured for the customer, lacquered wood window frames with low-emissivity double glazing and double glazing, electric aluminum shutters, preparation of a cooling system via split and volumetric/perimeter alarm system, mechanical ventilation (VMC) capable of constantly renewing the indoor air without loss of temperature, dehumidifying the rooms to improve living well-being such as air quality.
Available units various types and sizes from the ground floor to the third floor, with gardens for exclusive use or large terraces and balconies.
