Mixed meadow and forest land including two huts, enclosed between two streams, one of which is a spring and has drinking water.

One hut (the largest) is ruined and needs to be rebuilt; the other (80 sqm cadastral) is rustic, but usable with the right spirit of adaptation.

The exact address is mandatory to place the advert, but there is no address, the place cannot be reached by car, not even off-road, at most a good person can get there with a trials motorbike. So I put an address nearby.

The exact point (more or less, I am not able to take the coordinates) can be seen in the last photo where there is the yellow sign.
