The apartment is located in via del Pratello and consists of an important corridor, four bedrooms (two doubles, one single and one double for single use with private bathroom and fridge for exclusive use), a large kitchen and the second bath. The apartment is just renovated and fully furnished. The fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the table there is also an American counter with respective chairs for having breakfast. There is also a washing machine, latest generation dishwasher and microwave oven.
The asking price is 350 euros for a bed in double rooms or 700 euros per room. Prices are intended for rent only and do not include condominium expenses which amount to 20 euros per month per person.
Independent heating.
