Loft via Isonzo 59, San Paolo, Turin

The Brickwork is a recovery project of a low building inside a courtyard, from which the creation of two lofts was born which draw inspiration from the past as the space was used as a small factory for the production of bricks and other products in brick. The creation of the lofts places an emphasis on the history of the neighborhood but in a modern key that places great attention on finishes and environmental sustainability. As regards the latter, the construction of the internal and external covering, electric heat pump for the generation of heating and cooling in order to almost completely reduce the emissions of polluting gases and thermally broken windows and doors has been planned.
The lofts overlook on a courtyard for exclusive use, they were designed as elements that contain the synthesis between past and present thanks to the use of colors and architecture. An external staircase with a sinuous aesthetic in contrast with the facade leads to the private terrace, becoming a place for outdoor relaxation. The interiors were designed with a modern style, comfortable environments and warm colours.
