Luras, we offer for sale a small building in the historical centre of Luras, in need of renovation.
Independent access from two streets, the main one from Via Umberto I and the secondary one from Via Municipio.
The building is made entirely of Cantonetti granite and was built in the 1950s.
It has three levels: on the ground floor, beyond the entrance, there are two large rooms used as a kitchen and a living/dining room. A granite staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the attic floor, also accessed by the staircase, there are two large rooms with habitable heights. On the ground floor, there is a small courtyard that leads to Via Municipio.
Luras owes its importance to its prehistoric monuments, in particular the dolmens, which can be found both in the town centre and in the immediate vicinity.
Its proximity to Lake Liscia, the famous millenary Olivastro, makes it one of the most popular tourist centres in Gallura.
