The estate is located in the municipalities of Città Sant'Angelo (PE) and Silvi (TE) – Abruzzo – Italy. It is located in a hilly area, at an altitude of 140 m. above sea level, 3.5km from the Adriatic coast and is made up of land and buildings for a total area of approximately 36.4 hectares.
This enviable position and constant exposure to the sun guarantees the ideal climate for growing vines and for the healthy and fruitful growth of its fruits, while enhancing the potential of the grapes.
On the property there are 7 buildings for a total surface area of approximately 946m2, one of these was built in 2000 with a prefabricated structure and the others date back to the 1950s with typical walls of the time. The land is currently used for the cultivation of two prestigious Italian DOC vines (Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Montepulciano). The other portions are intended for different crops. In the estate there is an artificial reservoir to be arranged for urban planning.
The lands extend for approximately 31.5 hectares m2 in the municipality of Silvi (Te) and for approximately 5 hectares in the municipality of Città Sant'Angelo (PE).
Specifically they are present:

- 5.4 hectares (approximately) of land intended for olive grove;
- 0.6 hectares (approximately) of land intended for orchard;
- 7 .5 hectares (approximately) of land intended for vineyards;

- 2.9 hectares (approximately) of woodland with invasion;
- 0.7 hectares (approximately) ) of courtyard land with adjoining buildings;
- 3.6 hectares (approximately) of land intended for arable-arboreal cultivation;

The cellar building for processing the grapes was built in prefabricated material in the year 2000, has a surface of approximately 218m2 and an internal height of 4.60m, and is prepared in the foundations for an expansion of the same surface area. In the building there is an industrial type plant for wine production with a production capacity of approximately 100 quintals/hour, there are 10 fiberglass barrels of which 3 are always full for a total capacity of 1,200.00hl.
