FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT SHARED BUT WITH PRIVATE ROOM: four-room apartment a stone's throw from Alma, in the nearby Via Roma 25. There are three bedrooms in the apartment (one double with balcony, one double with window and one single with window) and a bathroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette. It is on the first floor with lift, ironing board, iron and drying rack, TV and washing machine. Presence of wifi. Each student will have their own private room and will share common places with others. No utilities need to be registered, the price is 600 for a large double room with balcony, 550 euros for a double or twin room with single beds (therefore the possibility of paying less and sharing the room and in this case 320 euros if there are two of you room) and all inclusive (condominium expenses, energy costs, cleaning of stairs, etc.) and 400 euros for a single room with a single bed. A monthly deposit is required which will be returned upon return of the apartment, after inspection
