There are three double bedrooms in the apartment (one with a large terrace, one with a window and one with a small balcony), a bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen there are already all the dishes and the television. It is on the third floor without a lift, there is an ironing board, iron and drying rack, and a washing machine. Each student will have their own private room and will share common places with others. No utilities need to be registered, the price is 650 euros for a double room with large terrace, 550 double room with small balcony and 500 double room with window, all inclusive (condominium expenses, energy costs, cleaning of stairs, etc.).
