LOCATION AND CONTEXT:
The property is located in San Zeno Naviglio, an Italian municipality of approximately 5,000 inhabitants in the province of Brescia, located approximately 6 kilometers south of the city. The town is crossed by the provincial road BS 45 bis which connects Brescia to Cremona. Since October 2010 this artery has been downgraded to a municipal road as at the same time the so-called deviant road was opened to traffic, which bypasses the town center to the east and which appears to be managed by the province.
