This house is a hymn to freedom. It consists of two masonry bodies connected to each other by a corridor of windows that allow you to be in contact with the outside at all times of the day. It is a particular sensation, that of always being connected with the surrounding nature in a dreamy atmosphere. Furthermore, living in a bright environment like this helps with psychophysical well-being; hence the choice, made during the renovation, to focus on light through windows and glass so as to be able to enjoy domestic environments better, with the possibility of spending all the hours spent inside in serenity and a sense of freedom. The first masonry body houses on the ground floor the eat-in kitchen-dining room, a storage room and a cozy living room from which you reach, via a wooden staircase, the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a panoramic terrace. The other masonry body is a single larger room intended for living - dining but if necessary, thanks to the sofa bed, used as a sleeping area also made comfortable by the proximity of the bathroom. The living room has access to the terrace overlooking the countryside. The central veranda is the heart of the house. Connected to a porch that offers shelter to the outside table, it has a part equipped with a cooking area so as to be in direct visual contact with the outside even during the preparation of meals or already in the early morning during breakfast. Part of the ground floor is used as a garage. Around ...... m2 of fenced land on which there are buildings used as a storage room and tool shed. The location is particular as it is in the countryside but not isolated, close to two houses so as to form a small village not far from the town, reachable on foot. And if it is true that there are houses that, once seen, get under your skin, here is one of them. As Frank Sinatra sings: “I've got you under my skin”
