It was in the 1960s that the client designed and built this beautiful villa on the ex State Highway 16 after the then non-existent La Rosa neighborhood when in Brindisi beyond Porta Mesagne the vineyard lands invaded the current Commenda and Cappuccini neighborhood. In the '60s there were therefore those who wanted to choose the suburbs and for the ''privilege'' of the time (i.e. that of living in a building perhaps with a ''doorman'') they chose the villa and independence.
The a majestic supporting structure, if we want, is made up of large windows with the aim of capturing the natural light that caresses the housing solution from all 4 sides; an accurate study on the effects of light capable of modeling the volumes with a correct use of materials together with their shades, gives the villa a perfect combination of romance and majesty of innate and original beauty. Already at the time the building was equipped with a private tavern, today it would certainly have various modern living interpretations such as wellness or fitness. The entrance driveway, wide and welcoming, turns its gaze to the left where the garden of approximately 1500 m2, it was born on a fountain positioned in the center of 4 paths arranged in a Rosicrucian cross. Time has certainly affected the construction by wearing out the attics and damaging its prestige, but it will be reborn thanks to the new owners.
