THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor (but with completely independent and private access) of a residential complex obtained from the renovation of what were once the furnaces of the area.
Outside there is a large and sunny terrace where, in the summer season, you can have lunch and read a book.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, second bedroom with large desk and comfortable single bed, ideal as dedicated study area. In the living room the sofa can easily be transformed into a double bed, smart TV, beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dining table or snack counter, also ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, electric kettle, Modo Mio coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven. In the bathroom with window, with shower, there is also a laundry column with washing machine and dryer (detergents already available), hairdryer.
Totally furnished, quiet, independent and always exposed to the sun, it enjoys an excellent view of the hills and clean air.
