the mini apartments for a maximum of two people are tastefully furnished and comfortable and feature a kitchenette area, separated from the sleeping area, double bed, bathroom private, inverter heat pump for cold air and hot air and intercom. Building developed on two levels, ground floor and first floor, with private parking in the square, equipped with video surveillance system, 2 industrial washing machines for the exclusive service of the 14 mini accommodation and vending machines for drinks and food.

There are also private car parks for each mini accommodation.

monthly rental prices excluding expenses:

one (1) mini accommodation with private bathroom in the room without kitchenette, monthly cost rent €400.00, electricity, water and tariff costs are excluded from the rent.

two (2) mini apartments with private bathroom in the room with kitchenette, monthly rental cost €450.00, electricity costs are excluded from the rent , water and tariffs.

ten (10) mini apartments with private bathroom in the room with kitchenette, monthly rental cost €550.00, electricity, water and tariff costs are excluded from the rent.

free wifi present inside of the structure is available for all guests.

expenses are calculated as a monthly flat rate for each individual mini-apartment at a sum of €150 per month to be paid.
