In the Alcantara valley, just a few kilometers from the sea and Taormina, this elegant period building from the late nineteenth century is set in the most historic part of the Municipality of Graniti, a small town with a medieval flavor better known as the Town of Murals. The interiors have been entirely recovered and while maintaining the original layout of the past, they have been converted into large and bright environments in which the ancient flavor blends perfectly with the most modern comforts. In fact, the intervention also involved the replacement of the air conditioning systems and the installation of a photovoltaic system, to improve the energy efficiency of the property. The property is on two levels and includes a delightful terrace overlooking the garden.
