In the beautiful industrial architecture building 'MECENATE 84', we rent with short term contract from 3 to 12 months, a spacious studio apartment of approximately 50 sqm located on the 3rd floor and immediately available composed as follows:
Large living room with double bed, foldaway bunk bed, sofa, open space kitchen with crockery included, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, oven and microwave, 9 sqm balcony and large bathroom with shower. The apartment is rented fully furnished and is equipped with a washing machine, TV, iron and ironing board and drying rack. Air conditioning system and internet. The large windows guarantee excellent brightness to the environment.

The monthly rent, equal to Euro 1.100, includes the use of the property unit, initial cleaning and the use of internet WI-FI and Condominium expenses. Final cleaning costs Euro 150.

Energy, gas and heating consumption are NOT included in the AM price. In order to carry out the calculations of actual consumption, at the time of check in, our staff in charge will carry out the readings of the relevant meters and every two months we will give the bills to pay.

1. immediate payment of Euro 400.00 as a confirmation deposit to be paid to the property;
2. the payment of 15% of the total rental relating to the intermediation costs to be paid to KM IMMOBILIARE.

Subsequently, no later than 5 days from the scheduled entry date, we require advance payment to the property of the first month's rent in addition to the payment of the security deposit of two months’ rent.

Invoices relating to the payment of the rental and brokerage fees will be sent after receipt of the payments.

The rental contract will be drawn up at the same time as the aforementioned payments and therefore the keys will be delivered only when the amounts are credited to the current accounts by the agreed dates.

The registration of the contract will be carried out by the property and the cost will be borne by both parties.

The security deposit paid will be returned within 30 days of release except in the case of outstanding debts or damages.
