In residence (with swimming pool and large communal park) immersed in tranquility, we have an apartment, furnished and equipped, capable of accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
The space is divided as follows:
- on the ground floor: entrance, bathroom with shower, relaxation/sleeping area with double bed and Smart TV, kitchenette/dining area. The view is on one side on the large porch - fully furnished (2 sunbeds, an extendable table for 4 people, 1 sofa, 2 relaxation armchairs, 1 pouf) - and on the private garden, on the other side on an exclusive outdoor area (furnished with a table, 2 chairs and a large umbrella)
- in the basement: large tavern/home theater room, with the addition of a double sofa bed.
The property is also equipped with a large single garage or alternatively a single uncovered parking space.
Guests will be able to use for free:
- the WI-FI connection;
- the Netflix, Disney+ and PrimeVideo Apps for free TV/video content.
The apartment is supplied fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning/heat pump). It is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals (crockery, cutlery, pots, containers, coffee maker, etc). Also included: microwave oven, water kettle, cappuccino maker, toaster, Nespresso espresso machine (with pods).
Due to its structure, the apartment is able to allow guests extreme privacy and tranquility.
Reachable on foot from the apartment:
- in 5 minutes: the Bodio lido, with its two beaches and access to Lake Varese (seasonally bathing);
- in 2 minutes: the cycle-pedestrian path of Lake Varese (28 km), connected to that of Lake Comabbio/Corgeno (15 km);
- a few minutes: a supermarket, some restaurants/pizzerias, a bar/café-pastry shop.
Reachable by car from the apartment:
- in 15 minutes the center of Varese, with its shops and clubs;
- in 30 minutes: Milan Malpensa airport
- in about 50 minutes the center of Milan;
- in 15 minutes: Lake Monate and, not far away, Lake Maggiore with its beautiful beaches;
- in 30 minutes: the Sacro Monte di Varese and the Campo dei Fiori.
