After treating ourselves to the pleasure of a coffee at the Florian in Piazza San Marco, we walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni on this beautiful morning, embellished by the sun that makes the lagoon and the whole city shine. We arrive in front of the Church of the Pietà and, a few steps further, we walk along a quiet and bright street near the church of the Greci, where the newly renovated building that houses our property is located. We enter the common entrance hall, simple and well-kept, and go up to the second floor. Here we cross the threshold of the property and we are immediately surprised by the brightness that flows from the door of the living area, facing south. Walking on the ancient Venetian floor we arrive at the living room, which is also generously bathed in natural light thanks to the large French windows and the balcony , which invites a small interlude outside. On the opposite side there is the kitchen, habitable and separate. Finally, we move on to the double bedroom, which is also bright and generously sized, to the second bedroom and to the bathroom with window which completes the property - for all rooms, the distribution of spaces and liveability are optimal.
At the end of the visit, looking at the photographic shots that we report, we consider this apartment ideal for experiencing the charm of Venice in style. The central location, the proximity to the water buses, the remarkable brightness, the distribution of the spaces and the lovely external view make it an excellent solution both as an investment and as a home in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world.
The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, it is located at the eastern end of the city. One of the most populous neighborhoods of the city has always kept the traditional "Venetian lifestyle" intact. Among the numerous monuments and works of art we cannot fail to mention the Arsenal, for centuries the cradle of the power of the Serenissima, the Basilica of SS Giovanni e Paolo, one of the most loved by the Venetians, of S. Francesco in Vigna, of S. Maria Formosa.
The Church of the Greeks, which is located a few steps from the apartment, is located on the edge of the Castello district and that of San Marco.
