Detached house on three floors in the historic center of Faicchio with a view of the ducal castle. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a beamed ceiling and chestnut planks and a kitchen top covered with handmade Vietri tiles and an artisanal terracotta floor. The kitchen communicates with a courtyard partly covered by vaulted stone ceilings. On the same floor there is also a service bathroom tiled with Cerasarda tiles. From the first floor you go to the upper floor via a staircase with chestnut steps. Here there are two rooms communicating through an arch. The first is currently used as a study; the second is instead a living room communicating with a small terrace and an external staircase that leads back to the courtyard. From the study, the internal staircase leads to the third and last floor, where there is the bedroom, a ceramic-tiled bathroom and a small wardrobe room. The bedroom communicates with a large terrace overlooking the ducal castle of Faicchio and Monte Acero. All the openings in the house face south. The flooring of the rooms and terraces is entirely made of artisanal terracotta.--e0a9cb0117214105df6ef50d05578eb7!
