Farmhouse Strada Provinciale Santuario di Graglia, Graglia

Near the Sanctuary of Graglia, at about 800 meters above sea level, adjacent to the sources of Lauretana, "the lightest water in Europe" and the Mandala Samten Ling Monastery, in a silent and peaceful position, portion of a farmhouse, completely exposed to south, with a splendid panoramic view of the plain. The building offered for sale, corresponding to half of the original two-family building, is surrounded by land on three sides of approximately 1,500 m2. and enjoys complete independence.
