In Novello, a municipality with a purely agricultural wine-growing vocation with the production of Barolo, Dolcetto and Barbera and cultivation of Nascetta, a few kilometers from Monchiero, Barolo, La Morra and Alba, immersed in the green landscape of the Langhe, we offer for sale a large farmhouse with courtyard and private garden.
The entire property was the subject of a renovation which managed to maintain and recover some original features of the structure, an example of which are the Langhe stone walls, the vaulted ceilings and some internal fixtures.
