The property is located in the hilly town of Mezzane, in Villanuova Sul Clisi. It is therefore necessary to travel by car to reach the services, which are about five minutes away (while the tourist resort of Salò can be easily reached in a quarter of an hour). This hamlet is very quiet and thanks to its hilly position it boasts a valuable view of Lake Garda. The municipality of Villanuova S/C offers, in addition to the town oratory, various services to fully enjoy the area such as: nursery schools, primary and secondary schools, postal services, public transport services, banks, pharmacies. In addition to being well located geographically, the municipality of Villanuova Sul Clisi offers various activities for young people, in fact, a few minutes away, we can find the sports center of a town which, especially at weekends, comes alive with young people thanks to the local team's matches. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping centres, supermarkets, the INPS headquarters and just a five minute drive from the Gavardo hospital and ASL.
