In the heart of Venice, near Campo de la Guerra, a door invites us to enter and go up to the third floor. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easily accessible. We enter the code and the automatic door opens in front of us, revealing the bright living room with parquet, beams and exposed bricks. The sofa and chandeliers compete with each other in a design competition. From the living room we soon arrive in the open space kitchen with an open view over the rooftops of Venice. The induction hobs and modern appliances promise interesting lunches, combined with attention to detail in the choice of wall units. From the living room we head to the left into the sleeping area: a first bedroom opens at the beginning of the corridor, small and graceful, perfect for hosting a friend, a relative or the nanny. We continue looking at ourselves in the long corridor, on the right the first modern bathroom with soft tones that communicate with each other. A step separates us from the other two bedrooms, on the left a huge fort with bunk beds, exposed beams and enveloping lights introduces us to the children's bedroom, with four single beds and plenty of space. Continuing straight we arrive at the master bedroom, an undisputed synthesis between the play of mirrors and the designer furnishings and lights, between glass and iron. On the opposite wall from which we entered, a door introduces us to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, and from here we reach the en suite bathroom, complete with all bathroom fixtures.
