The historic center can also be easily reached by crossing Alcide Cervi park in 15 minutes on foot.

- optional baby cot to be placed in the room;
- large bathroom with comfortable shower cabin;
- bright open space living room-kitchen;
- washing machine;

- linen (towels, sheets, blankets);
- clothesline;
- fenced condominium entrance on the ground floor, resulting in access to the apartment without stairs or steps.
