Ref. B169 #myprojectcasa offers for sale an independent building on three levels. Palazzo Barnaba or Palazzo Marturano, located at the beginning of via Mazzini, almost looks like a panel. It was built in 1719 by Pietro Antonio Barnaba, a well-known judge of the Neapolitan Vicar, who for his merits obtained the title of count palatine. The building, although built at the beginning of the eighteenth century, has architectural elements with strong late Renaissance references; such as the rounded ashlar portal and the two rosettes located in the upper corners. The baroque approach is highlighted by the balustrade with small bulging columns which forms the upper loggia and the terrace, accentuating its vertical impetus. Momentum which is highlighted by the positioning in the center of the balustrade of a putto lying on the cornice, which almost seems to have fallen from the sky. In reality, the palace was originally equipped with two overlapping arched loggias, then around the 20th century the last loggia was demolished, saving only the balustrade with the columns and the putto. The ground floor is accessed from an important main door into a first large room, on the right side and at the front we find two other rooms, the entrance room can be used as a double parking space. To the right of the door internally we find a staircase that leads to the first floor through the famous baroque loggia, the first floor is composed of three large central rooms, two side rooms located at the front and a kitchen and a bathroom. Going further up you access a splendid panoramic terrace on which we find a final room.
