Liberty style building, in the heart of the central area of Montecatini-Terme, disused for more than ten years, when it was used as a tourist accommodation facility with the name of Hotel Goya.
The building consists of six floors above ground plus a basement used as a former cellar/warehouse and technical room. On the ground floor, bordering the spaces that made up the hotel lobby, there are two retail units currently rented, which are part of the property, but are excluded from this evaluation. From the first floor to the fourth floor we find the rooms that housed the 56 rooms with which the structure was equipped; a portion of the fifth floor was also previously used as a bar/restaurant. Finally we find the roof, where the sign of the former Hotel Goya is still present.
The building is now in a state of abandonment and requires complete renovation.
The area has a residential and tourist-accommodation vocation and offers all the main services (supermarkets, banks, public transport, etc.) suited to meeting the needs of citizens and tourists.
