This is a typical Sardinian house with large terraces and beautiful gardens, which have an area of approx. 2000 m². Most of the living space is located on the ground floor, but there are also rooms on the first floor, the surface of the house measures approx. 145 m². The location is wonderful, especially because the lively center of Alghero is only 6 km away, but here at home there is peace, sun and relaxation. Although heating is usually not necessary, there is still an open fireplace for romantic evenings. Alghero airport is well connected and can be reached very cheaply with just €130.
