From the living area you access, via a staircase with wrought iron railing, the sleeping area.

UPPER FLOOR
A double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe, and French window with mosquito net overlooking the small balcony, with a view of the garden and pine forest, a bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed, again with a window with mosquito net overlooking the garden, 1 bathroom with crystal shower, toilet, bidet and sink with window, with mosquito net, overlooking the garden.
The house, inserted in a quiet residential complex of holiday homes, it is a 12-minute walk from the Spiaggia Grande/Tonnara, the famous Nido dei Passeri cliff and the much-photographed Mangiabarche lighthouse. The other two beaches of Calasetta can be reached in just a few minutes. The center of Calasetta, with shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bank, post office, pharmacy and market, is approx. 4km. Calasetta has a tourist port equipped for boat and dinghy rental and it is possible to go on beautiful excursions, even with lunch on board. Ferries depart from the port of Calasetta and reach Carloforte on the island of San Pietro in 25 minutes. For lovers of diving, windsurfing, horses or quads, excursions or lessons are organized on the island by professionals in the sector.
