Description of the neighbourhood:
The apartment is 8 minutes walk from the yellow metro stop (M3) Porta Romana. From here by metro you can reach the Duomo in 7 minutes and Central FS in 15 minutes.
From Piazza del Duomo every 15/20 minutes bus 73 leaves and arrives to Linate Airport, while near the Central Station every hour the Malpensa Shuttle leaves and arrives.
The apartment is located near Porta Romana, one of the six gates of Milan, built in the 16th century. It is known for having become the residential district par excellence and the hub of life in Milan, both for university students and young workers.
A 15-minute walk takes you to Piazza del Duomo.

It is one of the areas of Milan where the sky is open and visible. With a food district where you can find wine shops, typical restaurants, cafes and bookstores, a lively weekly market in Via Crema (on Fridays), Porta Romana really has a strong personality.

Monthly rates:
1.350,00 for monthly rent;
250,00 for building fees;
250,00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.850,00.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
1.350: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
200,00 (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
170,00 (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare a Mysa Properties i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da (hidden) (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee).
