Reference Code LOM6217B – Enel sells a plot of woodland, contiguous to each other, of irregular shape, consisting of a cadastral parcel of 92,040 square meters in total; all unfenced.
The lot is located in the Aviasco Valley in the Municipality of Valgoglio (BG), on the right orographic side of the Goglio stream, near the Enel Green Power hydroelectric power plant in Aviasco, at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. Access is via mountain paths that cross neighboring properties, which branch off after crossing the Goglio stream using the canal spillway.
The lot is made up entirely of steep mountain wooded areas, composed of tall mixed forest of fir and beech trees, located on a very steep and largely inaccessible slope due to the numerous rock falls and cliffs.
The area in question is identified in the current PGT adopted with resolution of CC n.189 dated 22/**/******, as: "Second reference agricultural (areas for forestry - pastoral use, areas of high altitude)
It should be noted that the land covered by this proposal has agricultural use and is subject to the rules on agricultural pre-emption pursuant to Laws n.590 of 1965 and n. 817 of 1971 and subsequent amendments and additions.
