In this quiet and characteristic mountain apartment, you can enjoy your holiday in the Aprica mountains.

Well organized for families or two couples, you will find all the comforts to spend a nice holiday in total relaxation, with two beautiful rooms, not suitable for kids who party and smoke.

In the evening after a whole day out, it can be nice to stay at home, so you will find some board games, to spend time with the family, or watch NETFLIX, with wi-fi

The space
The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a large living room, with a beautiful 3-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a comfortable dining table that overlooks an open kitchen.

The kitchen is complete with every comfort, dishwasher, oven, fridge, chest freezer, microwave, toaster, hood, 2-bowl sink, Nespresso compatible machine, with a nice coffee offered by us to welcome you in the best way.

There is also a very practical kettle, with some tea bags, if you don't like coffee, because you are always welcome here.

When you feel a little tired and want to relax, two large rooms welcome you, both complete with a double bed, wardrobes, coat hangers everywhere, overlooking the valley.

A bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, tub with shower, complete the apartment to offer you maximum relaxation.

Board games, 32 inch TV, with Chrome Cast, NETFLIX and fast wifi, both for 2, 4 or 5g, with speed 300 mps, will be able to brighten your evenings in complete tranquility and fun.
Access for guests
The stay is for the entire apartment, it is located on the third and top floor, without lift, but don't worry if you arrive with a lot of luggage, and let us know beforehand, we will arrange for you to find a young concierge, who can bring everything to the floor for a small donation of €10.

For the don't worry, there is a private car park, number 11, which is there especially for you, just 10 meters from the entrance door, next to which you will find a box with a code for the keys, so you don't have to the stress of arrival or departure time.

Everything has been thought of to help you in the best possible way, to spend beautiful, peaceful and fun days.

If you arrive with more than one car, you can have the second one free parking, under the church, 2 minutes on foot.
Other things to keep in mind
When you arrive at the apartment, it is pleasant to find everything clean and fragrant, for this reason, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside.
