Canosa of Puglia. Immersed in the typically Mediterranean hilly landscape, we offer the sale of a tower farmhouse from the 1700s transformed into a residence in 1900 and carefully renovated respecting the ancient structure. In the main body we have on the ground floor a reception, a conference room, two suites, one with a Turkish bath and a cellar used for wine tasting with access to the ancient barrel cellar dug into the rock which has been restored leaving the characteristics of the place intact. Through a majestic stone staircase you reach the manor house, completely surrounded by a perimeter terrace with a view of the splendid surrounding countryside up to the Murge and the Tavoliere delle Puglie.
The very elegant noble floor, which is accessed from the terrace, consists of a large living room, two studies, a dining room, two bedrooms and an ancient kitchen with fires and original majolica tiles. Through a comfortable internal staircase you access the attic floor where we find eight bedrooms with bathroom and access to the tower-belvedere of the Masseria, with wonderful panoramic view.
All around a well-kept pine forest that surrounds the swimming pool, near which there are two further suites with bathroom.
The structure is completed by a popular restaurant currently operating with a large veranda for summer activities.
