To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom, equipped with two single beds (90 cm wide each) that can be joined together, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Continuing down the corridor past the kitchen, guests will find the second bathroom, also with a shower. At the end of the corridor is the second bedroom, also furnished with two single beds (90 cm wide each). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

Included: Utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
Not included: Tourist tax (4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, for guests over 12 years old), utilities (water, electricity, and gas) exceeding 70.00 for rentals over 30 days.
Security deposit: 300.00 with a valid credit card for stays up to 15 days; 1000.00 for stays between 16 and 30 days (7 days before check-in). Prepaid or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
