3-room flat excellent condition, third floor, Vasto Marina, Vasto

We rent an apartment on the wonderful Costa dei Trabocchi in VASTO MARINA for the weeks of June, July and September. The apartment of approximately 90 m2 is located inside a well-kept and quiet residence, with automatic gate and internal parking. Through a pedestrian gate, you can easily reach the beach which is about 400m away, passing through the main services: bars-pharmacies-minimarkets-pizzerias and much more. After the pleasant walk of less than 5 minutes you can relax under your umbrella inside the establishment that we will reserve for you to make your holiday complete with all the comforts. (only for the month of July)
The house, furnished with taste and with fine finishes, is composed as follows: living room with sofa bed and TV, fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine and microwave oven, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed with the addition of a single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large balcony from which it is possible to enjoy the view of wonderful sunsets over the sea. All rooms they are equipped with air conditioning.
Pets are not accepted
June and September €750 per week
July €1100 per week (including giant umbrella, first row)
