PIEVEPELAGO - LE TAGLIOLE "It was during a visit to a villa I had for sale in this area that, thanks to the closure of the main road for works, I took the road that passes nearby. I can't say I noticed it by chance this house because it's impossible: this house is so beautiful and particular that it struck me so strongly!
Why do you know one of those houses that seem to come out of a fairy tale, "in the field near the enchanted forest"? Well, exactly this one!
I made my visit and came back. Coincidentally on the wall of the house there was a "for sale" sign with the number of the owners :-).... I never do it but this time I called and after a few days I was already in the house!
What can I say, a very particular house starting from the exteriors which take up the lines of the Celtic hut from which the house derives (it is a new construction in style).
Already because this area is famous for having the typical "Celtic hut" construction "legacy of the tradition of the Celts who lived here in ancient times....
Ultra-sloping and ventilated roof finished with natural slate slabs, stone steps delimiting the perimeter walls, external walls in exposed stone, external paving and paving in original stone slabs, field with light and aromatic grass all around....
I now enter the house: a large study room, but really large! A suggestive bedroom, a bathroom and the technical room are all on the ground floor.
Solid beech parquet as floors, scratched plaster, wooden floors also made using the original ancient trunks recovered from the old Celtic hut and a beautiful comfortable and large staircase in exposed wood that leads upstairs where...
...a super large attic living room with considerable height, a central fireplace that illuminates and heats the three sides and beyond, the open kitchen and a second bathroom.
FANTASTIC
even the furnishings are no exception: beautiful furniture made with the floors of the old hut, a hay sled used as a bar table and two beautiful corner sofas.... Almost all of the furnishings remain: not bad!
From living room, on the kitchen side there is a beautiful door that opens onto the paved garden with barbecue area with three white umbrellas, fountain and dining area.
On the left of the square there is the field with herbs and mountain essences.
The view is incredible.
The valley of the traps is really beautiful!
There is also a second small building used as a woodshed.
How beautiful! I turn around and think "lucky that there were works in corsp and I took that detour...." Ah, a curiosity, the villa I told you about at the beginning, I then sold to those very gentlemen I accompanied that day :-)
NB the second Celtic hut nearby is not for sale and shares with this one the parking area, the wooden tool shed and some external walkways.
