Perfect for couples, workers and groups who need to stay for a short time, the apartment is 30 minutes by tram from the Navigli, full of restaurants and clubs.

The accommodation
Appartamento monolocale ristrutturato posto al secondo piano, finemente arredato ed accessoriato. Situato in viale Monte Nero una delle zone più belle e servite di Milano, l'appartamento è perfetto per coppie, lavoratori e gruppi che devono soggiornare per un breve periodo. In bagno troverete asciugamani e asciugacapelli.

Rental conditions
- price are all inclusive
- initial cleaning is also included together with towel and sheet
- Netflix is also included
- Additional cleaning can be request but has to be paid a part
- Deposit is = to 1 months for period lower than 2 months, Deposit is = to two months for period higher than 2 months.
- Contract registration fee is 50% between owner and tenant

Please note that there is an additional cost for the Agency, known as the "Other Cost". The Other Cost covers the administrative fee, which must be paid in advance all at once, including VAT. We remain available for any further clarification or questions regarding the costs.

Example: 1.100,00 x 12 months = 13.200,00 x 10% (commissions) = 1.320,00 + 22% VAT = Tot: 1.610,40.
