Trullo via Alberobello, Castellana Grotte

We offer for sale, a complex of Trulli to be renovated, in Castellana Grotte, on the provincial road connecting Castellana with Alberobello. The property is surrounded by land of about 3000 metres with olive trees, fruit trees and large pine trees. The property's strong point is its spacious interior, which is rare to find in trulli properties, about 200 square metres. The main body was renovated in the 1960s, so it no longer has the typical stone chianche, which we instead find inside the stables and farmyard surrounding the house.
