On the first floor the 25m2 master bedroom, with its own bathroom, the south-facing sun terrace and a small east-side terrace which make it very bright; a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom with tub and single bedroom. All the rooms on the floor are characterized by exposed beams.
The lower level, connected internally by the staircase but also accessible from the outside by the paved driveway, will amaze you with the modern and fresh character of the large, perfectly finished rooms: a tavern with a large table 16 seats, a complete and spacious kitchen and a relaxation area with sofas and TV.
