The house is located on the enchanting seafront of Barcarello in the gulf of Sferracavallo, a few steps from the square of the seaside village and 20 minutes from the city centre. A 5-minute walk from the Sferracavallo train station which connects the city center and the airport. A private entrance will take you to the access staircase to the property which is located on the first floor without a lift; the entrance is on an open space where the kitchenette has been completely created on the left, followed by the studio apartment where we find a double sofa bed and finally the bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with all possible accessories: linen, crockery and utensils, and any other useful item for a comfortable stay.

For sea lovers we recommend the Capo Gallo reserve where you can enjoy uncontaminated views, flora, fauna and a dream sea with unique cliffs, reachable on foot in ten minutes, three minutes by bus or by car, of particular importance are numerous and famous restaurants where you can taste very fresh fish and various places by the sea that enliven the nightlife, all within walking distance.
