Before talking to you in detail about this large three-room apartment, I must make some FUNDAMENTAL premises, which I ask you to READ carefully.
They will probably be unpleasant to you, I know, sorry, but it is to avoid any possible misunderstanding that has already been created in the past:

- we are in the Carmine Alto area, via G. Seripando n.33. It is a residential area but it is not convenient on foot: in short, to reach all the services YOU NEED A CAR (or the bus, the stop is in front of the house). The center (Carmine Basso) is about 5 minutes away by car; the sea is about 10 minutes away.

- the property ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY requires tenants with a STABLE and CERTIFIED income, even better if State (in short, NO precarious contracts or only in VAT number). So, don't feel bad if when you call I ask you a few more questions about your references.

- the price is what you see, €800/month and IT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. In addition you have to consider the condominium, another €40/month.

- Economic conditions of the contract: n.1 advance fee for the month of entry + n.3 months of deposit + n.1 monthly payment as agency fee. Therefore the contract requires a total of €4,000.

- the apartment is SEMI-furnished, and it is the intention of the property to rent the house as it is. So, if you already have your furniture, this is not the house for you. At the same time, that "SEEDS" is due to the fact that there is something that is objectively missing, and later in the announcement I will also specify what.

- There are NO air conditioners.

- Pets of any size or breed are NOT allowed.

- the contract will be EXCLUSIVELY at an agreed "3+2" flat rate fee, it is not the property's intention to make short contracts or contracts of a different type.

Well, having made the necessary assumptions, now we can finally talk about this apartment!

We are on the 1st floor of a building completely renovated recently, and inside the apartment is in good general condition, approximately 72 internal square meters, independent heating with methane boiler and heaters.

- Entrance to the living room /Exposed dining room (with sofa and dining table + chairs, NO TV);
- Semi-habitable custom-made kitchen (NO DISHWASHER and unfortunately there is really no space to put it);
- Bathroom with small tub (NO WASHING MACHINE and only the "slim" or top-loading one fits);
- 2 Bedrooms (one of which is fully furnished and the other COMPLETELY EMPTY, i.e. if needed it must be furnished at YOUR expense);
- all around, a large and bright "L-shaped" terrace of about 40 m2, furnishable, from which to enjoy both wonderful natural light and an excellent view of the Gulf of Salerno, very scenic even at night;
- finally, inside the condominium and closed by an electric gate, a comfortable parking space (a medium-sized car fits, NO SUV).
