Trullo Sp190, Morciano di Leuca

On the provincial road that from Barbarano del Capo (Municipality of Morciano di Leuca) leads to Montesardo (fraction of the Municipality of Alessano) for sale is an ancient liama of approximately 20 gross square meters, with two adjacent lots of agricultural land close to each other, for a total of 7,800 meters approximately square. The plot of land on which the old liama stands has an area of approximately 6,000 square meters while the plot located approximately 45 meters away has a surface area of 1,800 square metres. The larger lot has direct access from the provincial road while the smaller lot has access from the municipal road. In addition to the possibility of recovering the existing liama and using it for storage, the building regulations in force allow you to build a villa with an adjoining pergola and possibly a swimming pool. The gross building surface area will vary depending on the type of construction you intend to build. If the construction will take place with the typical star or barrel vaults, the surface will be approximately 100 square meters while if the construction will be with a traditional attic, the building surface will be approximately 80 square meters.
BARBARANO DEL CAPO
Small hamlet in the municipality of Morciano di Leuca, Barbarano is a concentration of historical, cultural and landscape riches. The notes Vore, the Grande and the Piccola originate from the strong karst component of its territory, while the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Leuca del Belvedere, better known as the "Leuca Piccola complex", whose environments are still visitable. Its link with Leuca is dictated by its function: the complex in fact offered rest, refreshment and silence of prayer to pilgrims from Europe heading with their animals to the Santuario de Finibus Terrae, about 16 km away. Barbarano also preserves an imposing defensive tower, once part of the defensive castle built by the noble Capece family in the sixteenth century.
MORCIANO DI LEUCA
Small municipality in Salento, it also includes the beautiful village of Barbarano del Capo and the Torre Vado marina, a renowned tourist destination for its half rocky and half sandy coast and for the presence of very fresh fresh water springs. Morciano di Leuca boasts churches with baroque details as well as numerous underground oil mills, some of which can be visited, evidence of the thriving oil economy of the area. Furthermore, one of the towers of the suggestive military castle dating back to the 14th century and having a defensive function is still visible in Morciano. Torre Vado itself takes its name from the presence of a coastal tower, once a lookout, dating back to the 16th century.
