The large outdoor spaces, such as the patio and the garden, are equipped to welcome families and guests for moments of conviviality, leisure and relaxation.

Possibility of accessing the Marina Piccola Sailing Centre, an exclusive and private beach, access to which is permitted only to the owners of the Punta Lada residences and their guests.
