Furthermore, in the residence there is a gym, sauna, sun bed and hydromassage for free use, parking reserved for the Residence, wi-fi and television, lockers for excursion equipment. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. €2,500/price of each single week.

The timeshare is always rented through booking and the total proceeds are 3,000 euros for three weeks.
