History
Designed after the mid-70s, it was built by the Italcantieri company of the Edilnord group, (later to become Cantieri Riuniti Milanesi) between 1980 and 1991 on the basis of the experience of the previous construction of Milano 2 and in the wake of a need that had manifested itself throughout Europe in those years: to escape the unhealthy and suffocating congestion of overcrowded urban centers without however moving too far from the nerve centers of productive activities.
The original layout of the park, already in its initial stage, was designed , for selected species of essences, trees and shrubs, with the criterion of obtaining a true garden city over the years. Towards the end of the last century, significant changes in the ownership structure led to the adoption of more modern administrative and organizational criteria and brought out the need to adapt homes to modern criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency and territorial governance.
