On the ground floor there is the stable and in the rear part a small underground cellar, while the first floor houses and storage.
The Rascard built directly on the lower stone part, rests on it using wooden and stone supports; the combination of these two elements creates a shape reminiscent of a "mushroom". The upper floor can be reached by an iron staircase.
Once upon a time these houses were mainly used for storing cereals and were designed to avoid the formation of humidity and the attack of rodents.
